User Experience and Design
Our team worked closely with the hospital’s marketing and communications department in order to provide strategic User Experience solutions, website design and development. This collaboration resulted in the successful implementation of a customized personal fundraising platform that would allow fundraisers to connect with their intended audience and encourage new donations.
Creating a personalized experience
Fundraisers have the ability to fully customize their fundraising pages with personal stories and fundraising goals. After registration they have access to their fundraising dashboard where they can ask friends and family to donate and track milestones with an easy to use interface.
The final result was a platform that promotes online fundraising that is both user-friendly and comprehensive. Since the launch of support.chla.org in January 2014, the hospital has continued to experienced a significant increase in donations and fundraising participation online year after year.
