You’ll work directly with Krissy King, a Senior Product Manager and Designer with over 20 years of hands‑on experience. I understand the full product lifecycle, from idea to launch, and bring both strategic leadership and execution to every engagement.
How it works*
1. Book a Call
Schedule a short discovery call so we can align on your goals and confirm the right plan.
2. Select a Plan
Once you choose a plan and complete registration, you’ll get access to your private project board where all requests and progress live.
3. Easy Onboarding
I’ll guide you through a simple setup. Upload brand guidelines, assets, and requirements so we can start strong.
4. Start Submitting Your Requests
Add as many requests as you’d like to your project board. Each request is reviewed, scoped, and prioritized based on your plan and monthly objectives. Work moves through weekly sprints with clear updates and review points.
Turnaround and delivery
Requests are managed in weekly sprints. One or more requests enter a sprint at a time depending on scope. Most small requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger initiatives are broken into focused, fast-moving deliverables you can track easily.
Revisions or changes in the design requirements
Revisions are a natural part of the process. I’ll collaborate with you until the work is right. If requirements change significantly, we’ll adjust or re‑scope the request accordingly.

A monthly retainer is a flexible, cost‑effective alternative to hiring full‑time or engaging an agency. You get senior‑level strategy and execution without overhead, red tape, or surprise invoices.
Pricing, scope, and delivery are defined upfront so you can plan confidently while maintaining flexibility as priorities shift.
Managing your service
You can pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
Plans renew monthly unless paused or canceled in advance. Unused time is not refundable if no requests are submitted or approved during the billing period. Any purchase made to reserve future monthly support is final.
