Consequently, that hindered the travel clubs’ ability to provide personalized booking experiences, resulting in potential declines in member engagement and satisfaction.

I worked to evolved the existing SaaS platform to embrace new user interface patterns that catered to a modern audience. This included updating the home and product landing pages with targeted content based on user preferences.

Onboarding preference surveys
