The Tell Every Amazing Lady® organization has been a beacon of hope for women facing ovarian cancer. Established to raise awareness and funds for research, the T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program has expanded its impact through annual Walk/Run events and participation in the NYC Full Marathon and Half Marathon.

The solution & impact
As part of the organization’s broader rebrand, a dedicated digital strategy was developed to support the T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program, including a refined brand system and a purpose-built events platform focused on community participation and fundraising.
The solution launched events.TellEveryAmazingLady.org as a centralized hub for all Walk/Run activity, organizing events by location and highlighting TEAM T.E.A.L.® participation in major races such as the NYC Full and Half Marathons. This created a more engaging and intuitive experience for participants while improving internal operational efficiency and scalability across event management and fundraising efforts.

The events web platform was successfully designed and launched in under two months, delivering a streamlined, mobile-friendly experience that enabled participants to easily discover, register for, and engage with events across multiple locations.
Internally, the system improved content management efficiency, ensuring event details could be updated quickly and accurately.

Results
In February 2025, two distinct but connected digital platforms were successfully launched for Tell Every Amazing Lady®: a primary site focused on women’s health awareness and a dedicated events platform for the T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program.
This marked the third major rebrand and website deployment delivered for the organization, reinforcing a long-standing partnership centered on continuous evolution and impact.
The new platforms significantly improved outreach, engagement, and accessibility, providing a stronger foundation for individuals seeking support, information, and participation in ovarian cancer awareness initiatives.
