Challenge

Steren Solutions faced a critical challenge: fragmented e-commerce platforms and inventory distribution methods across decades of evolution. With offerings spanning B2C (SterenUSA.com, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), B2B, and B2D distribution, the company urgently needed a cohesive, streamlined inventory management system. The objective was to consolidate these disparate platforms into a single, efficient system to improve inventory control, drive sales, and enhance customer experience.

As the Ecommerce Business Systems Manager and Marketing Manager, I undertook the initiative to transform Steren Solutions’ ecommerce strategy. My approach involved:

Brand revitalization

Modernizing the Corporate Brand

We established a new digital brand identity and comprehensive guidelines for Steren Solutions' product and marketing segments. This initiative conveyed a clean, professional image that appealed to both B2B and D2B clients.

Consolidating services and solutions

All service support, information, and ecommerce solutions were integrated onto Steren’s primary corporate website.

Steren Solutions ecommerce experience

Collaborated with eCommerce managers and product design teams to launch a fully optimized, dynamic platform that served both B2C and B2B customers. Delivered a complete catalog of consumer electronics with streamlined bulk-purchasing options, improving customer experience, driving sales, and supporting scalable growth.

Inventory management, supply chain distribution and fulfillment

At Steren, I streamlined eCommerce operations by integrating Epicor P21 with BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart marketplaces. We worked to automate inventory and order workflows across platforms, reducing manual processes and fulfillment delays. By aligning ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems, I improved operational efficiency, supported B2B distribution contracts, and enabled scalable growth.
