My Role
Product and experience design leadership guided the creation of a unified digital system spanning care access, patient resources, and fundraising.
The engagement focused on simplifying a complex, multi-audience ecosystem by connecting how families find care, how patients navigate services, and how supporters contribute to ongoing research. Previously fragmented touchpoints were reshaped into one cohesive journey across web and mobile, built around speed, accessibility, and ease of use.
Close collaboration across product, marketing, and technical teams kept the experience aligned from strategy through launch, with decisions grounded in real user needs and high-stakes moments.
